If you would like to place an order for any of the items you have seen on my site or if you would like me to design something for you  please in the first instance email on either of the email addresses .....

 I am more than happy to discuss your requirements with you I will also be happy to discuss your requirements over the telephone .....

All items require a minimum 50% deposit

before I am able to  begin your order.

Any Names dates etc must be received in writing and the responsibility for

the spelling remains with the customer ...

I will follow your written instructions regarding names etc......

All postage to be paid by the customer

and the product prices are not

inclusive of postage unless stated

I design and create 1st quality products and take great care whilst making them always considering fabrics that will be suitable for washing etc.

 However there are always some items that will require special delicate

handling whilst cleaning due the the detail

and intricacy of the decorative features..

The embroidered pillows are not generally for use other than decorative purposes as some of them contain small parts (which are secured safely)

I would not recommend that they are left alone with small children

under the age of 3 years.....

All christening and birth pillows have a ribbon loop to enable them to be

hung on a wall out of reach but as a very pretty decoration

These pillows are a luxury keepsake item and not a toy ....

as they are pretty and colourful they will be attractive to young children

and I would respectfully suggest that parents and carers

exercise caution and safety consideration at all times .....
